3 eggs 1 cup oil 2 cups sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 3 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup zuchinni -- grated 1 cup carrots -- grated 1 cup nuts -- chopped Put in 2 8" greased bread pans. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
